After college Paul pursued his passion: sustainable agriculture. This path brought him to farms around the world. From working on vineyards in Italy to running a permaculture farm powered by draft horses Paul has been deeply steeped in his field for 20 years. Paul is dedicated to assisting youth of all ages pursue their own interests and passions through experiential education with a focus on ecological sustainability. Before MUSE, Paul directed a Seed To Table program at an alternative high school in Portland, Oregon. There he worked with hundreds of students to build a farm, distributing produce to schools, restaurants, and CSA members. In his free time Paul enjoys seeing live music, biking, farming, and traveling.
